Job Requirements

• You have either a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution.
• You have a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in commercial/ corporate banking;
• You are passionate about corporate and commercial banking within the Financial technology industry. What we are doing here at Brass excites you!
• You have the ability to do things in a time-critical fashion and thrive in a target-driven environment
• Advanced problem-solving is a requirement for this position.
• You should have a combination of Sales & team leadership experience.
• You have significant experience interacting and negotiating at C-level.
• You have excellent communication skills, which are critical for this role.
• You have superb time management, and organisation abilities.
• You possess significant experience in managing, leading, and developing successful sales teams
• You are adept at calculated and deliberate planning, account development, territory management, forecasting, presentations, business solutions, multi-task management, planning & organization, and new business development
• You are impact-driven and persistent: Motivated by moving the needle meaningfully, especially during times when it requires persistence and courage.
• Operational excellence: You have a keen eye for detail and an exceptionally high bar for accuracy and quality. Similarly, you hold your team to that level of standards.
• You possess integrity and trustworthiness
• You are a professional who is also entrepreneurial and has a client-minded focus.
