Job Title: IT Officer
Location: Apapa Oshodi Expreessway, Lagos

Job Requirements
- BA / B.Sc. or equivalent in Information Technology or related discipline
- 3 years cognate experience
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Network Infrastructure, configuration of routers and switches, knowledge of VOIP will be an advantage
- Server Infrastructure-Windows Server Roles and Features
- Great knowledge of Windows 10
- Microsoft collaboration tools (Outlook, Forms, Teams, etc.)
- CCNA and MCITP or other relevant certifications will be an advantage
- Good understanding of IT Service Management process and tools
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent problem-solving skill, must possess an analytical mind
- Excellent customer centric attitude
- Business application Knowledge.
