Job Requirements
- First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline preferably Business-related.
- Credit Risk Assessment and Analysis skills, relationship management and networking skills, excellent business writing and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of Basic Accounting and Financial Analysis, Business Law, Business/Financial Advisory services, Banking Operations, Leasing, Trade Services, Laws and regulations relating to Banking.
- Professional Accounting certification, e.g. CIBN, ACA, ACCA, or other relevant higher business degree as an added advantage
- 10 years relevant banking experience in sales and credit.
- Good understanding of economic trends and implications on the banking/finance sector.
- Ability to identify and analyze problems and to think strategically to anticipate, interpret and develop strategic responses to issues
- Strong leadership and people management skills
