Job Requirements
- B.Sc / BA Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field; MSc/MA will be additional advantage.
- At least 10 years marketing experience as chief marketing officer or similar role in a Bank, MFB or financial institution.
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient marketing strategies and plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
- Solid understanding of market research and deploy strategies to win customer traffic.
- Ability to creatively lead the team of over 100 persons to profitability.
- Should have a sitting customer balance and a HNI clientele in the south west.
- Should vast experience in retail banking and deposit mobilization, payroll added advantage
- Develop a feasible marketing plan for the region and oversee its day-to-day implementation.
- Ability to design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.).
- Ability to build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals and create a solid network of strategic partnerships.
