Job Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in a Hospitality management or operations management course
- Minimum of two years’ experience in restaurant purchasing operations
- Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
- Supervisory and management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
