Job Requirements
- Vocational Certificate or Diploma in professional Cuisine
- 5 to 10 years of experience
- Significant managerial experience
- Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines
- Computer literate (Windows environment)
- Attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Excellent management skills
