Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Administration or relevant field
- At least 3-5 years proven experience as Head of Administration in a school environment
- Knowledge of administrative processes of schools
- Excellent leadership, organizational, management
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Good judgment and decision-making aptitude
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Good attention to details
- Discretion and confidentiality
