Job Title: Plant Manager
Location: Lagos
About Candel FZE: The Candel FZE is a manufacturing company engaged in the development, production, marketing and distribution of agrochemicals, specialised fertilisers, seeds and allied products in Nigeria.It is located in the Lekki Free Zone, Ibeju- Lekki; near Dangote Refinery, Lagos.
Job Requirements
- A Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Production Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the agrochemical industry is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and experience in implementing process improvements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
