Job Title: Head of Maintenance / Facility Engineer

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification.
• 5 years or more experience in a 4 Star or 5 Star hotel.
• Proven experience as a Hotel Maintenance Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems.
• Experience in administrative processes (e.g. budgeting, performance management).
• Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
