Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) / HND Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance or any other relevant.
- 2 – 5 years work experience.
- Must be an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Managers (ACIPM)
- Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Previous experience with organizational psychology and labour market surveys
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel.
