Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
- 7 years of experience working in roles such as talent manager, senior talent manager, senior human resource manager.
- Certification in Human Resource Management.
- Strong understanding of labour law.
- Strong strategic, people management, and tactical execution experience leading a recruiting team/function.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Proven track record managing and engaging the team to deliver high performance.
