Job Title: Operations Manager / HR
Location: Barnawa, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Job Requirements
- First Degree (B.Sc / HND) in Business, Finance, Management or another related field
- Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as an Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Leadership ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- A Master’s Degree in a relevant field is an added advantage
