Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution
• 3-5 years of working experience in sales and marketing from FMCG, B2B Sales or preferably experience in food grade starch or pharmaceutical starch industry sales
• Good team player and resourceful in project completion.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Flexibility in learning new skills and techniques.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Proficient in Excel and marketing software/tools
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
