Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND/ HND certificate in a relevant field
• Must have 0 -2 years’ experience in helpdesk/customer service in the food industry
• Working knowledge of customer service principles & practices
• Willingness to work on Saturdays
• Possess excellent telephone etiquette
• Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers
• Computer literacy is highly required
• Candidate must live close to the desired work location.
