Job Title: Learning and Development (NYSC Corp Member)
Location: Lagos

The firm plays a leading role in providing management consulting services targeted at clients in key sectors of the economy (Power, Oil & Gas, Financial Services and Manufacturing, etc.), in Nigeria and the West Coast.
Job Requirements
- A Degree in B.Sc. Degree in Social science, Human Resources, Psychology or related field with a minimum of Second Class Upper from a leading university.
- NYSC Corp Member with HR internship experience pre-graduation or exposure in the following:
- Preparing and communicating training calendar for employees
- Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices
- Plan and execute new employee induction program and supporting effective onboarding
- Prepare and maintain reports to track the efficacy of training imparted.
- Delivery of training for technical and non-technical skills to employees
- Identify individual and organizational development needs
- Excellent research and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of MS word and computer literacy
