Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Pharmacology is a must
- 1-2 years of experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proficient in English, skillful in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
