Job Requirements
- BSc Degree in Sales, Business Administration or a relevant field
- 7 – 15 years work experience.
- Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager in Electronics
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team
- An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
