 Job Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND with 3-5 years experience.
• Proven experience as a Club Manager or similar role in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with staff and club members.
• Sound business acumen with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to the entertainment industry.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
