We work with organizations to overcome their organization specific people and process challenges; designing and implementing the most effective and efficient interventions for smooth transitioning from entrepreneurship to a professionally managed firm.

Job Requirements

• A First Degree in Business / Public Administration or a related field is required
• M.Sc., MBA or other relevant Post-Graduate Qualification will be added advantage.
• Minimum of 12 years of extensive experience in a well-structured consulting firm or financial institution, 5 years of which must have been in a Senior Management role.
• Advanced knowledge of strategic, business, and management principles and practices.
• Strong Financial Acumen and highly Analytical and numerate
• Experience in writing project and program documents or similar types of documents is preferred
• Highly-motivated self-starter, with a positive, professional attitude, strong work ethic, and critical attention to detail.
• Evidence of strong critical and strategic thinking
• Strategic and Operations Management Skills
• Excellent knowledge of risk management and corporate governance
