Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in social media management or digital marketing in a Fintech.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
• Ability to create engaging content tailored for different social media platforms and target audiences.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and basic photo/video editing skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.
