Job Requirements

First Degree in Social Sciences / Arts or related discipline.
Fluent in English and language of country preferable.

Experience:
9 – 17 years experience which includes:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others
Experience working in a medium to large organization
3 years project management experience, preferably within an NGO/C.S.I environment
