Job Title: Business Strategy and Operations Associate
Location: Lagos

We are seeking an all-star product suite lead to join our team. Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with some combination of:
- Consulting, finance, and/or corporate strategy, and
- Strategy, business operations, and/or business development work
- Comfortable moving between both higher-level strategic work & day-to-day operational work
- Ability to play a project associate role as well – setting up meetings, taking notes, using digital tools to ensure team efficiency
- Experience building simple financial and/or pricing models
- Experience in consulting, finance, business development, product and project management, etc. and analytical abilities and quantitative skills;
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and collaboration skills
- Analytical and/or financial acumen, allowing you to weigh complex business tradeoffs
- Results-oriented, efficient, and thoughtful in your project management style
- Highly organized, efficient, able to prioritize, and manage a wide range of responsibilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
- High levels of organization and attention to detail;
- Sound judgment and initiative and strong work ethic;
- Ability to multi-task and function in an ever-changing, fast paced startup environment;
- Ability to work independently in a flexible small-business environment;
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Comfort and/or interest in learning how to use technology for project management a
- Ability to support, communicate, and teach the unique culture and values of mDoc
