Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree would be an advantage).
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
A basic understanding of the tiles industry or related building materials sector is a plus.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and revenue.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with an ERP like MS Navision, SAP or SAGE.
