- Minimum of OND qualification in Hospitality and Tourism or equivalent with 2-4 years experience.
- Previous hospitality experience would be advantageous.

- Competency with Microsoft Office and Hotel Management system (OPERA)
- Ability to learn on the job.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must have flexible hours.
