Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• 2 – 4 years of related experience in the field.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Organizational, time management and multitasking Skills.
• Appreciable knowledge of the harvesting circle and other plantation tasks and must be able to organize workforce.
• Extensive responsible experience in general farm work involving farm planning, methods, and production.
• Ability to work long hours, early mornings and weekends if required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience in supervisory farm work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
