Job Requirements
- First Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Applied Sciences or an IT equivalent degree
- Foundation Certificate: ITIL, IT Service Management
Experience:
- 3–7 years’ experience in IT service support and delivery environments
- Experience in enterprise asset management
- Experience in the development, maintenance, and management of CMDB
- Experience of change, release, and configuration management processes and procedures
- Project management experience.
