Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field with a minimum of 4 years proven work experience in the retail industry.
• The Practical Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma / SCRUM Competencies & Skills is required.
• Good Presentation Skills
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent mentorship and leadership skills
• Strategic mindset and Creative & Problem-solving skills.
