Job Requirements

• Advanced Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate Development, Construction or related field
• Minimum of 10 years post-graduation experience in real estate, having managed the construction of a multi-storey building
• Must have attained Management level in a real estate organization
• Experience working in a client-side real estate development environment and mixed-use building
• Experience both in Africa and outside Africa is an added advantage
