NENnetworks – Our client is a Travels and Tour company in Yaba, Lagos State. They specialize in travels and tours services, while servicing their customers with optimum service.
They are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Administrative Officer (Female)
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone enquiries and handling complaints in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
- Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filling systems
- Operating copy equipment, fac machines, printers or other equipment necessary.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with at least 2 years experience as either of frontdesk, Customer service or administrative role.
- Must be good looking, trainable, smart and respectful
- Must live around Surulere, Yaba and its environs
- Sound communication and interpersonal skill is required
- Tech savvy,i.e (good with using Microsoft office and vast with social media)
- The position is for female.
Salary
N50,000 monthly
