Job Title: Barbecue Chef

Location: Owerri, Imo

Qualification

• The candidate must have at least 2 years experience in the role. SSCE will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in cooking over a char grill, can cut & skew meat, mixing sauces, prepare item kr broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or oilier cooking methods
• Developing diverse barbecue menus
• Must comply with F&B safety & hygiene and Workplace safety & health policies and procedures.
