Qualifications, experience, skills, and languages
Educational Qualifications
Advanced university degree with education/training on quantitative and qualitative methods for priority setting and risk ranking applied to health.
Experience
5 to 10 years in ranking methodologies and project support.
Skills/Knowledge
Conducting priority setting processes, including surveys and data analysis; coordinating large groups of experts, consultations; managing stakeholders.
Languages
Essential:
Essential:
Expert knowledge of English..
Desirable:
Intermediate knowledge of other UN languages.
Location
Off site: Homebased. The consultant will be expected to conduct work remotely.
Travel
- 1 travel for a kick-off meeting with the CRS team by the end of December 2021.
- 1 travel for attending the Workshop to translate research questions into action. Expected in September 2022.
Remuneration and budget (travel costs are excluded):
Pay Band level B
USD 7,000 – 9,980 per month subject to years of experience.
