Job Requirements

• Minimum of HND
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service representative in a bank or any financial institution.
• Track record of overachieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Ability to practice Customer orientation and adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proximity to Alagomeji, Yaba.
