Job Requirements

First Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Computer Science or any related field.

Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:

Minimum of 3 years’ post NYSC experience in core Email/SEO.
Experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage.
Strong Analytical Skills in analyzing website data and understand key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates. Ability to use tools such as Google Analytics to track and analyze website data.
Advanced practical knowledge of HTML and CSS. Must be able to read and understand the code on a website and identify areas where optimization is needed.
Experience in creating and implementing effective email marketing strategies that comply with best practices and regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL.
Proficient in technical SEO and must be able to identify technical issues that may impact a website’s ranking on search engines.
Technical competence to optimize a website’s speed, mobile responsiveness, and ensure that the website is secure with HTTPS.
Proficient in the use of backlink analysis tools such as Ahrefs and Majestic to identify high-quality backlink opportunities and monitor a website’s backlink profile.
Ability to create email templates and designs.
