Job Requirements

• Supervise all aspects of the ETP and effectively provide direction to lower level plant operators.
• Ensure ETP is operated in a safe, efficient and economical manner, and in compliance with the Pollution control board norms.
• Verify raw materials availability related to ETP Operation (like Dosing chemical etc…), Equipment readiness, Utilities, Personal Protective Equipments for Hygiene practices, manpower availability based on production plan and take corrective actions as required.
• Monitoring of ETP operating parameters, In process Quality parameters of waste water, process water and chemical consumption on shift basis.
• Operate and control the ETP process and its parameters using a PLC/DCS system.
• Provide on the Job trainings to existing and new personnel as required.
• Ensure that standard operating procedures are followed and compliance is maintained as required.
• Report back to the immediate superior of any issue that is identified and resolved effectively.
• Coordinate with cross functional department for materials and process requirement to achieve budget plan.
• Participate in activities related to Preventive Maintenance and Safety
• Ability to understand written and oral instructions and comply with directives.
• Other Duties may be assigned as needed
