Job Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Facilities Management / Business Administration / Finance / Real Estate / Engineering or relevant field.
- MBA or M.Sc. in Facilities Management/Business Administration/Real Estate/public administration
- Professional certification in Facilities Management, engineering etc
- 8 -10 Year relevant experience
- Experience in managing properties with wide range of facilities & processes.
- Conversant with CMMS
- Knowledge of finance and budgeting
- Strong leadership, problem solving and stakeholder mgt. skills
- Must be a great communicator, resourceful, detail oriented with strong time mgt. skills
