Miva is a Pan- African Distance e-Learning University that is built on a couple of beliefs: Firstly, we believe that the traditional brick and mortar approach to tertiary education is no longer a viable option in serving learners on the African continent. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Enrollment in a graduate program (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Nursing Science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with faculty, staff, and students.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Previous research or teaching experience is a plus but not required.
