Job Title: Head, Business Analytics & Automation

The services offered by our brands fall into the broad categories of temporary staffing, permanent placement, career transition and talent development, as well as outsourcing and consulting.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education level – Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in software development, data engineering, and data analytics
- Strong aptitude for performing a dual role of providing data solutions and business analysis
- Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship
- building skills & communication skills
- Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc
- Solid skills in data mapping, data translation, impact identification, process design, and documentation.
- Familiar with large databases and working knowledge of SQL.
