Job Requirements

• Vocational Certificate or Diploma in professional Cuisine
• 5 to 10 years of experience
• Significant managerial experience
• Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines
• Computer literate (Windows environment)
• Attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• Excellent management skills
