Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• At least 10 years work experience in facility management of which about 4 years must have been in a management role
• Training in facility management is required
• MBA or masters degree in a relevant discipline is an added advantage
• Good writing and communication skills – including the ability to communicate technical information
• Relationship-building skills
• The ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Time management skills
• Teamwork, leadership, and motivational skills
• Procurement and negotiation skills
• Proactive thinking
• Understanding of soft and hard service delivery
• Passionate about consistent delivery of excellent service
