Job Requirements

• Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in related field, be an associate of related HR institutions
• Graduate with 5 years practical experience in a logistics firm.
• Having knowledge on staff selection process, performance monitoring, and appraisal, on boarding process, Training & development, compensation/Benefits, medicals Mgt etc.
• Knowledge of Drivers Recruitment/Mgt will be an added advantage.
