We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resources Assistant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Support the Human Resources Manager in Talent Sourcing and Acquisition –
- Draft and revise company policies as a team
- Recruitment and Selection – Headhunting of candidates –
- Employee welfare management –
- Carry out other duties assigned by the HR Manager. –
- Work closely with HR manager and Management team
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
- Payroll management
- Compensation and Benefits Administration.
Job Specification
- B.Sc / BA in Law, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field
- Have basic knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law and Policies
- Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Years of work experience not more than 2 years experience in a similar role from a well structured organisation –
- Professional affiliation is an added advantage.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Male preferably.
