- Ph.D Degree or Master’s Degree in Nursing or sub-fields of Nursing plus registration with NMCN
- Three (3) years teaching and research experience in a University plus one (1) journal publications, or at least two (2) years as an Assistant Lecturer or M.Sc plus professional registration.
