Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications in HR or law are a plus.
- 2 – 5 years work experience.
- Proven experience in HR and legal roles, preferably in a related industry.
- Applicant must reside within Lekki environs.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
