Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical training. CompTIA A+, ITIL V3 Foundation, and relevant technical certifications (MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate): Windows Server 2012/2016, HCE – Hitachi Certified Expert (Performance, Storage virtualization, Compute Platform, Enterprise, or VSP G/F), VCP6-DCV (VMware Certified Professional 6 – Data Center Virtualization), Microsoft Windows 10 Desktop Support & Office 365 Certification (MCSA)).
- Experience: Ten years of computer-related support experience; considerable work experience in area of specialty. Good working knowledge of shell (PowerShell) scripting is mandatory. Programming skills is an added advantage.
