Job Requirements

• To support the Head payment services in acquiring client and managing existing client for the bank.
• Client acquiring for payment purposes.
• Managing of existing client base
• Customer relations related task
• Client onboarding on the banks payment platforms
• Support and Manage online sales strategies and the various platforms used to conduct digital sales and increase market share from time to time.
• To manage, establish and maintain positive customer relationships, plan and deliver effective marketing strategies and monitor the progress of new and existing products to ensure growth and profitability of the company.
• And any other duties that might be assigned from time to time
