• Food Premises / Food Handlers Medical Certificate of Fitness
• Diploma in Catering & Hotel Management or SSCE is an added advantage
• Associate certificate from NIMASA approved Maritime institution.
• STCW Basic Mandatory certificates
• NIMASA Medicals
• Discharge Book
• Yellow Book
• International Passport
