Job Description
- Follow up on daily maintenance task under the branch.
- Check field reports.
- Study team abilities and distribution.
- Check quality of the job in field.
- Enhance the branch operation process (administrative side).
- Check the productivity of the teams.
- Review and interview team members on routine bases.
- Support technically the field teams.
- Update organogram once needed.
- Training courses.
- Analyze the open tickets for the branch operation.
- Follow up on open job cards.
- Escalate problems once faced to management.
- Monthly performance report analysis.
- Represent the company/operation in customer meetings.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering background or related field.
- Daily reports.
- Multitasking.
- Team leader.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ideal candidates should have experience in genset (after sales) in the following areas:
- Customer service.
- Managing teams – Aftersales support/experience.
- Generating set knowledge Technical knowledge on the product to be able to support the teams.
