Job Requirements

• First Degree in any Social Science or Management Science course from a reputable University.
• Minimum of 4 years work experience as a sales representative with anypaint company
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Able to build productive businessprofessional relationships
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Able to identify market trends and customer needs for a given period
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage
• Self-driven, enthusiastic & confident
• Flexible
• Persistent.
