Job Requirements

• HND or B-Tech in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 4 years post- NYSC experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Sound knowledge of construction.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/powerpoint.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Good Measurement/Estimating skills
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to organize, plan and strategize.
