Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

What you need to Know About the Role

  • We are looking for a passionate and curious TA Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will support our operations and high-volume requisitions. As the ideal candidate, you have experience forming relationships, influencing stakeholders and executing flawlessly. Your experience with processes and technologies will help elevate candidate experience and execute both our client’s TA strategy and ours. 
  • As part of the team, you will own end-to-end hiring activities across clients business areas, partnering closely with coordination and on-boarding. Additionally, you will engage closely with leaders on-site and advise accordingly.
  • Beyond day-to-day hiring, you’ll play a key role in shaping and rolling out TA initiatives and projects including recruitment campaigns & marketing, diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging hiring. 

Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

  • Owning end-to-end- hiring processes from intake and understanding of the client’s business needs to the building process, assessing capabilities, to shaping appealing rewards packages
  • Working to pre-define timelines which are sometimes challenging and a set of KPI’s
  • Be the central point between internal HR functions involved in hiring (HR leadership, HRBPs, Rewards, Mobility) to ensure successful candidate offering and on boarding process.
  • Partner, guide and, at times challenge Hiring Managers on Talent Acquisition best practices, approaches, and techniques. While providing insights and educating on candidate markets, pipelines and providing the best solutions in identifying talent
  • Ability to communicate effectively through the use of data, reporting on the progress of assigned roles and highlight challenges and wins when required
  • Be agile and willing to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the business
  • Effectively utilize  ATS and CRM systems to automate the recruitment process across the business. (use of Zoho’s Recruit, Smartrecruiters or workable preferably)
  • Drive Talentsquare’s values of inclusion strategies by being an advisor to the business to achieve greater diverse representation and working with employees and business units to leverage talent pipelines
  • Building effective pipelines of external talent to meet the business demand for current and future requirements including securing talent through multiple search methods
  • Focus on providing a fantastic candidate experience at every opportunity.

Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years experience working in roles such as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Agency Recruiter within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and previous experience in building pipelines
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills across all levels is a must.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders, peers and senior management.
  • An independent problem solver who can set priorities, make high quality judgement and decisions quickly and effectively drive outcomes through to completion.
  • Previous experience within high volume
  • Must be able to take ownership
